I have previously send a msg via AMAZON. I just received an X-Large per heating pad for my dog. I had it plugged in for over 3 hrs and the pad was just warm…even though I had the temp set at the highest setting. The TCT letters never appeared. This pad will not work for my dog is it doesn’t get hotter. Is the pad working correctly?

I purchased one of the large Riogoo heating pads for my Hairless Chinese Crested on Sept 10th, 2019 through Amazon . It has strictly been used indoors and lays on the end of my sofa but as of November 12th , it no longer works, It is still in mint condition with no chewing yet it simply quit heating. The light is on but I get nothing on the high or low setting. Is there a problem with this particular item ? I purchased this on Amazon in preparation for a whelping bed litter of dogs expected July 1,2020. The guarantee on the package says 1 year, Amazon return ran up before I even used it starting on June 28th. I love everything about this product, its cord is durable, the multi layers are a great system, when I warmed it up, it gave me reassurance that I would not over heat the new puppies. However, 3 days of use presented the malfunction of the selection pad, I could not get the temp to register, or then even turn on. I would like a replacement, if you have improved this problem in your product, because I see several others have had the same problems.

I had the same issue with this item that I purchased for my senior Hairless Chinese Crested and was told they would send me a new one but that never happened. What little time it worked it was inside my home on my sofa for one furbaby to use. Extremely disappointed with the item and the company. I loved it when I first received it but a product that can’t hold up any longer than this is useless.

I recently purchased this heating pad for my puppies, they were born the other night. I went to set up the heating pad (brand new out of bag purchased off of Amazon) and it will not work.
Lights come on control panel but pad DOES NOT heat up. No I have puppies without a heating pad.

Hope you have better luck than I did. I’ve been waiting 2 years for my new replacement. I provided all the info they requested and they said they would send me one that worked but apparently they don’t honor their own words or guarantee that the item purchased will actually work.
